Every year, one of the most famous parties is hosted in Louisville, Kentucky. It is none other then the famous Barnstable Brown Party. Louisvillians line the street every Friday evening before Derby trying to catch a glimpse of a hotshot celebrity. This party brings famous celebrities to Louisville to party it up. Kid Rock, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, Hugh Hefner, Nick Lachey are some of the famous celebrities that have graced Louisville with their presence. Derby is such an exciting time for Louisville. Derby puts Louisville on the map for sports and parties. What better to be known for? The guest list has not been released for this year, but if you have heard of any rumors of celebrities attending the greatest Kentucky Derby Party…let us in on the secret!

With the Derby a little over two months away, there are lots of beginning preparations. 8 out of the 20 Derby horses have already been chosen. This gives you plenty of time to start planning your Kentucky Derby Party with some of the silks that the horses and jockeys will be wearing. Three out of the eight have red in their silks, a favorite color of the Kentucky Derby. Two of the eight are still waiting for their silks to be revealed.
